Andrew Adair, Project Manager
Andrew gained an early interest in construction while assisting his Grandfather with renovations to the family’s 1930s farmhouse. His grandfather passed on his painting and carpentry skills, and also his attention to detail which Andrew, still carries to this day.
In 2025, he moved back to his home town of Lexington, KY, to be closer to family with the hopes of starting one of his own. In his free time, Andrew enjoys aviation, vacationing and spending time on his farm with his wife, Malissa, and their two dogs.
In 2010, Andrew moved to NC where he began a career in the field of commercial development. In this role he oversaw projects ranging from facility maintenance to site up-fits and new construction buildouts. Over a 15 year course, he further gained skill and experience in painting, carpentry, electrical, and various other trades. Andrew, enjoys working alongside others and sharing knowledge.
